Can each mug have a different name
Yes. Variable-data printing lets us personalise each mug with an individual name or title, which is popular for staff gifts and recognition. Send your name list and we will lay it out on your proof.
What print methods do you offer
Pad printing for crisp single or multi-colour logos, full-colour sublimation for photographic edge-to-edge artwork, and screen printing on enamel. We recommend the best method for your mug and logo.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe
Ceramic and stoneware mugs are microwave friendly. For washing we recommend hand washing, and hand washing is all we can guarantee, as it best protects the print. Dishwashers vary in water temperature, detergent strength and cycle, and commercial machines are harsher again, all outside our control, so we cannot guarantee dishwasher results for the mug or its decoration. We include care guidance with every order.
Can the mugs be gift boxed
Yes. Many ceramic and stoneware mugs can be supplied in a gift box, ideal for client and staff gifting. Ask about boxing options with your quote.
Can you match our brand colours and print full colour
Yes. Pad-printed logos are matched to your PMS (Pantone) colours, and full-colour sublimation reproduces detailed artwork in CMYK. We confirm colours on your print-ready proof before production.
Ceramic, stoneware or bone china, which should I choose
Ceramic is the lighter, best-value office classic. Stoneware is heavier with a premium, tactile glaze and takes full-colour sublimation especially well, so it suits gifting. Bone china is the finest and lightest, with a premium finish that reads well as an executive gift.
What is the lead time for branded mugs
Most stock mugs are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm.

Minimums depend on the mug and decoration method, so there is no single figure. Tell us your mug and quantity and we will confirm the minimum with your quote.
