The Bambino measures 90mm across and 140mm tall, holding 450ml to the fill line. That capacity suits a standard flat white or a long black with room to spare. The ceramic wall carries the drink while the bamboo casing wraps the outside, adding a little to the width but keeping the outside comfortable to hold for everyday desk or cafe use.

Wash the Bambino by hand in warm soapy water and both the ceramic and the bamboo stay looking their best. Handwashing keeps the timber wall from drying out and protects the printed logo, so a quick rinse after each drink is all it needs. Dry the outer wall with a cloth and the cup is ready for its next coffee.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
