The mug measures 76mm in diameter and 103mm tall, including the bamboo base, and holds a 250ml serve. This is an espresso-sized cup rather than a full mug, so it suits a short black, macchiato or piccolo. The gift box measures 115mm high, 85mm wide and 85mm deep, giving a compact package that posts easily and presents well as a gift.

Wash the Kismet by hand in warm soapy water and dry the bamboo base soon after, and the ceramic stays glossy while the printed logo holds its edge. Hand washing is the recommended care here, which also protects the wood from soaking. Because bamboo is a living material, small grain and tone differences are part of each cup and are not faults.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
