The Fuel is branded using pad print, which places your logo neatly onto the porcelain body in a single position, and the gift box can carry a digital packaging print as well. The mug measures 95mm in diameter and 83mm tall, rising to 121mm across the handle, and holds a 330ml serve. It comes in a gift box measuring 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep. The wider, lower shape gives a stable base on a desk, while the 330ml capacity covers a full coffee, tea or hot chocolate without needing a refill.

Wash the Fuel by hand in warm soapy water and the glaze stays glossy while the printed logo holds its edge on every colourway. Hand washing is the care we recommend for this mug, and a quick rinse after use keeps it fresh. Because the porcelain is glazed, tea and coffee marks lift away easily, so the white, grey, navy or black body stays looking sharp.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
