Are the bottles BPA-free and safe
Yes. All our plastic bottles are BPA-free, made from food-safe polyethylene, Tritan or recycled RPET. They are lightweight, shatterproof and reusable, a safe everyday alternative to single-use bottles.
Which plastic should I choose
Polyethylene is the best value per unit for big runs, Tritan gives a clear, premium, glass-like look, and recycled RPET adds a sustainability story. We recommend the right material for your budget and audience.
Can I get Australian-made or recycled options
Yes. Selected polyethylene bottles are Australian-made with fast local lead times, and RPET bottles are made from recycled plastic. Ask and we will point you to the right style.
What capacity options are available
Our plastic bottles run from 400ml up to a 2.2L gym bottle, with 600 to 750ml the popular sweet spot for sport, gym, school and event use. Tell us your use and we will recommend a size with your quote.
Can I mix and match bottle and lid colours
Yes. Many of our polyethylene bottles let you mix and match the body and cap colours from the standard palette at no extra cost, ideal for matching team or brand colours. Not every style offers it, so we confirm on your quote and show the colours in your digital proof.
Are the bottles dishwasher safe
We recommend hand washing, and hand washing is all we can guarantee. Warm, soapy water is gentlest on the printed branding. Dishwashers vary in water temperature, detergent strength and cycle, and commercial machines are harsher again, all outside our control, so we cannot guarantee dishwasher results. We include care guidance with every order.
What is the lead time for branded plastic bottles
Most stock bottles are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. Australian-made styles can be faster. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm.
Is there a minimum order for plastic bottles
Minimums depend on the bottle and decoration method, so there is no single figure, and pricing sharpens quickly at event volumes. Tell us your bottle and quantity and we will confirm the minimum with your quote.
