Reusable cups for events & stadiums

Deposit and cup-return schemes that cut litter, clean-up and cost at festival and stadium scale.

A single festival or match day can put tens of thousands of single-use cups into bins and onto the ground. A reusable cup scheme flips that. Patrons pay a small deposit on a branded reusable cup, then return it for a refund or swap, and one cup replaces dozens of throwaways across an event or a season. The result is less litter, lower waste-handling costs and a venue brand that travels home in the cupboard. We help events and stadiums set up the right cup, the right deposit model and the logistics behind it, with digital proofs before production and delivery Australia-wide. At festival and venue scale, most schemes run on lightweight event & stadium cups or full-wrap tumblers and cold cups, with budget-friendly plastic cups for the biggest crowds.

Why reuse works at events

Less litter, lower costs and stronger branding.

Less litter on the ground

A returnable cup carries value, so it ends up back at the bar instead of underfoot. Grounds stay cleaner through the event and the pack-down is faster.

Lower waste & clean-up cost

Fewer single-use cups means less landfill, fewer bin runs and lower waste-handling bills. The deposit float largely funds the cups themselves.

Brand that goes home

Kept cups become souvenirs. Your event, club or sponsor logo leaves the venue and keeps showing up long after the final whistle.

Three ways venues run a cup scheme

Deposit, giveaway and rental models explained.

Deposit & return

Patrons pay a small deposit per cup and get it back on return. Cups are washed and recirculated through the event, so a small stock serves a big crowd.

Keep-cup souvenir

The cup price is built into the drink and patrons keep it. A dated, event-branded cup doubles as merchandise and a memento of the day.

Season & sponsor cups

Stadiums run one cup design across a whole season, co-branded with a sponsor. Consistent stock, consistent branding, washed and reused match after match.

Event cup questions

Quick answers on deposits, washing and logistics.

How does an event deposit scheme work

Patrons pay a small deposit when they buy their first drink and receive a branded reusable cup. On return, they get the deposit back or swap for a clean cup with their next drink. You wash and recirculate the cups through the event, so a relatively small stock can serve a very large crowd.

How many single-use cups does it replace

One reusable cup can replace dozens of single-use cups across a festival or a stadium season, depending on how many times it is returned and reused. The more returns you drive, the bigger the saving in waste and cost.

Can the cups be dated for a specific event

Yes. Cups can carry the event name, date, line-up or fixture, which makes them a sought-after souvenir and lifts the keep rate. We confirm artwork on a digital proof before production.

Can we co-brand with a sponsor

Yes. Event and stadium cups are ideal for sponsor co-branding, with your logo and the sponsor mark printed together. We lock in artwork and PMS colours so a season run matches across reorders.

Are the cups tough enough for crowds

The PP and Tritan cups we supply are shatterproof, stackable and built for repeated commercial use, which suits the knocks of a busy bar or terrace. We can advise on the most hard-wearing decoration for wash-heavy, high-volume environments.

What capacities suit events

Common event sizes are 425ml and 568ml stadium cups and 16 to 20oz festival cups, matching schooner, pint and big-serve pours. Tell us your drinks menu and we will recommend.

What is the lead time for event cups

Most stock cups are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. For large season runs, tell us your first fixture date and we will plan production around it.

Is there a minimum order for event cups

Minimums depend on the cup and decoration method, so there is no single figure, and pricing sharpens quickly at festival and stadium volumes. Tell us your cup and quantity and we will confirm the minimum with your quote.
