How long do the mugs keep coffee hot
A double-wall vacuum stainless mug typically keeps coffee hot for around five to six hours and iced drinks cold for longer, while sealed travel flasks hold heat up to 12 hours. We confirm the rating per style with your quote.
Should I choose laser engraving or printing
Engraving is permanent and looks premium in a single tone, ideal for gifts and recognition. Printing or powder coating suits full-colour or multi-colour logos. We recommend the best option for your artwork with your quote.
Can each mug have a different name
Yes. Variable-data laser engraving lets us personalise each mug with an individual name or title, which is popular for staff welcome kits and milestone awards.
Are the travel mugs leak-proof
It depends on the lid. Flip-seal sip lids are splash-resistant for everyday carry, while screw or push-lock travel flask lids are fully sealed for bags and backpacks. We recommend the right lid for your use.
Are they dishwasher safe
We recommend hand washing, and hand washing is all we can guarantee. A quick wash in warm, soapy water protects the vacuum seal, any powder-coated finish and your printed or engraved logo. Dishwashers vary in water temperature, detergent strength and cycle, and commercial machines are harsher again, all of which are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee dishwasher results. We include care guidance with every order.
What capacity options are available
Travel mugs run from 8oz keep-cup sizes up to 590ml flasks. 350 to 480ml suits the daily commute, while larger flasks suit long days and worksites.
What is the lead time for branded travel mugs
Most stock mugs are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm.
