Choosing a cup for your bar

Match cup size and material to your service.

Barista counter cups

Choose 8, 12 and 16oz glass or bamboo cups for the counter, because matching your takeaway sizes lets a reusable slot into service without slowing the bar.

Reuse-scheme cups

Choose durable, easy-clean PP or Tritan cups for a swap-and-return or deposit scheme, because they handle repeated commercial washing and recirculation.

Roaster co-brand runs

Choose premium glass or stainless for a roaster or group co-brand, because it lifts retail and subscription products and holds consistent quality across venues.

Three ways cafes put them to work

Loan schemes, retail sales and staff cups.

Swap-and-return reuse

Customers borrow a branded cup and return it next visit. You wash and reuse, cutting single-use cup costs and landfill at the same time.

Loyalty & BYO discount

Sell your cup over the counter and reward regulars who bring it back with a small discount. Your brand, in their hand, every single morning.

Roaster & group co-brand

Premium cups carrying your roastery or hospitality-group brand for retail, subscriptions and trade supply, with consistent branding across every venue.

Cafe and hospitality cup questions

Quick answers on rules, hygiene and discounts.
Do cafes have to accept reusable cups
Rules are tightening. Under the NSW Plastics Plan 2.0, food-service businesses will be required to accept reusable cups for takeaway, and single-use cup rules are firming up around the country. A branded reusable scheme helps cafes get ahead of the change and turn it into a loyalty win.
How does a cafe reuse program work
Customers take a branded reusable cup, then return it on a later visit in exchange for a clean one or a refunded deposit. You wash and recirculate the cups, which cuts single-use cup spend and landfill while keeping your brand moving around the neighbourhood.
What barista-standard sizes do you offer
8, 12 and 16oz reusables that match standard takeaway sizes and common lids, so they fit your group head and service without extra fuss.
Can you co-brand cups for a roastery or group
Yes. We produce premium glass and stainless cups carrying your roastery or hospitality-group brand for retail, subscription and trade supply, with consistent colour and quality on every reorder.
What are the minimums for a co-brand run
Minimums depend on the cup and decoration method, so there is no single figure, and pricing improves on larger and repeat runs. Tell us your sizes and quantity and we will confirm.
Will reorders match across venues
Yes. We lock in your artwork and PMS colours, so repeat orders match across reorders and multiple venues. Ideal for groups and growing roasteries.
Are the cups commercial-wash safe
The PP, Tritan, glass and stainless cups we supply are durable and built for repeated use, including reuse schemes. That said, commercial dishwashers vary widely in water temperature, detergent strength and cycle, which is outside our control, so we can only guarantee hand washing for the cup and its branding. Many venues do machine wash these cups successfully, and we are happy to advise on the most hard-wearing decoration for wash-heavy environments. We confirm wash guidance per style.
What is the lead time for cafe cups
Most stock cups are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. Tell us your in-hand date and we will confirm.
