The mug measures 82mm in diameter and 95mm tall, rising to 118mm across the handle, and holds a generous 330ml serve. That covers a large full coffee, tea or hot chocolate in one pour. It arrives in a gift box measuring 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep, which suits posting or presenting the mug as a branded promotional gift.

Wash the Madrid by hand in warm soapy water and the stoneware stays solid while the wraparound print keeps its colour across the body. Hand washing is the care we recommend for this mug, and a quick rinse after each use keeps it fresh. Because the glaze coats the stoneware, coffee and tea marks wipe away easily, so the printed design stays bright on the white surface.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
