The Arabica mug takes a pad print or a rotary screen print on the stoneware, and the kraft gift box can carry a digital print as well. The Arabica comes in nine colours: white, yellow, orange, red, bright green, dark green, light blue, dark blue and black. That lets a cafe match its fitout or a company run its brand colour across a full set of mugs. The mug is a classic round stoneware shape in every colour, and each one arrives in a kraft gift box.

The mug measures 81mm across and stands 95mm tall, or 120mm wide once the handle is counted, and it holds 330ml. That is a standard coffee-mug size for a flat white or a long black rather than an espresso. The round stoneware shape gives it weight on a desk or a cafe table, and it comes boxed and ready to give.

Wash the Arabica by hand and the stoneware finish and the print stay looking new. Handwashing is recommended rather than a dishwasher cycle, which is easy on a mug that lives on a desk or a cafe bench near a sink. A rinse after coffee and an occasional proper wash keeps it looking sharp and ready for the next cup.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
