The Solace holds a generous 450ml, noticeably larger than a standard 330ml mug, so it suits a big latte, a long black, a mug of tea or even soup at the desk. It measures 105mm in diameter and 92mm tall, or 143mm across including the handle. The wider round body is part of what makes it comfortable to hold day to day.

The Solace comes in two clean colours, white and black, both of which work well as a backdrop for pad printed branding. White gives your logo maximum contrast and a bright, fresh look, while black offers a more understated, premium feel for corporate gifting. Either way the smooth ceramic finish keeps the surface even, so your logo prints sharply and consistently across the whole order.

Wash the Solace by hand in warm soapy water and both the ceramic finish and your pad printed logo stay looking their best. Handwashing is the care we recommend for this mug, and a gentle rinse after each drink is all it needs. Treated this way, the larger ceramic body stays a comfortable, good looking part of the desk or kitchen for daily use.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
