The cup measures 90mm across and 150mm tall and holds 300ml, a comfortable size for coffee or tea. It arrives in a gift box sized 162mm high by 100mm by 98mm, ready to present or hand out. The double-wall ceramic keeps the outside comfortable to hold while a brew stays hot for longer inside, so it works for daily drinking and event giveaways alike.

This version is made for full-colour sublimation, which wraps your artwork around the entire ceramic body rather than printing a single logo on one side. That suits photographic designs, gradients and edge-to-edge branding. It shares the 300ml double-wall build and the coloured lid range with the pad-print model, so the choice comes down to whether you want a wrap or a placed logo.

Wash the cup and lid by hand in warm soapy water and the sublimation print stays bright and the silicone lid keeps its fit. Handwashing suits this cup, so give it a gentle wash rather than the dishwasher and let both parts dry before you push the lid back on. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
