How long do they keep coffee hot
Double-wall vacuum cups typically keep coffee hot for around six hours and cold drinks cold for longer. Single-wall styles are lighter but insulate less.
Should I choose engraving or printing
Laser engraving gives a permanent, premium finish on bare and brushed steel. Printing suits powder-coated bodies for full-colour logos. We recommend the best method for your cup and logo.
Are the cups dishwasher safe
We recommend hand washing to protect the insulation seal and finish over time, and we include care guidance with every order.
What capacities are available

What is the minimum order and lead time
Minimums depend on the cup and decoration method. Most stock cups are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability.
