The Chroma is decorated using sublimation print, which wraps your logo or photographic artwork across the bone china body, and the gift box can also take a digital packaging print. The mug measures 78mm in diameter and 95mm tall, rising to 109mm across the top of the handle, so it holds a 300ml serve of coffee or tea. It arrives in a gift box measuring 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep, which gives room for tissue or a card. The compact footprint suits desk use and posted gifting alike.

Wash the Chroma by hand in warm soapy water and the bone china stays bright and the printed logo keeps its edge. Hand washing is the recommended care for this mug, and it takes only a moment after each use. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
