What does the Price Beat Promise cover
If you find an identical branded product, whether branded travel mugs, glass cups or drink bottles, with the same decoration and delivery, quoted lower by an Australian APPA-member supplier, we’ll work hard to match or beat a comparable quote from another Australian supplier, without trading logo quality.
What counts as a like-for-like quote
The same cup brand, model, size and colour, the same decoration method, print size and colours, and the same delivery service. Whether a quote is identical is determined by us when we review it.
Does it apply to any supplier
The competitor must be an Australian APPA-member supplier. APPA membership is the industry benchmark, which keeps the comparison fair between accredited suppliers quoting genuine, compliant product, not grey imports or bait pricing.
What do you need from me
Email the competitor quote to info@reusablecoffeecupexperts.com.au or attach it to your quote request. It should be under two weeks old and show the supplier’s name, address and ABN.
Does price matching affect quality
No. We never sacrifice the quality of your logo to win on price. If we cannot match on a like-for-like basis without cutting quality, we tell you honestly and suggest a better-value option.
What if no one can match it
If we genuinely cannot match a compliant like-for-like quote, we will say so and recommend the closest option, whether that is a different cup or decoration that gives you better value.
How do I claim the Price Beat Promise
Send us the competitor quote with your requirements. A cup expert reviews it, confirms it is like for like, and comes back fast with a reviewed price, decoration advice and lead times.
Is there a catch
No catch. The only conditions are a current like-for-like quote, under two weeks old, from an Australian APPA member, and that we protect your logo quality. Like-for-like is our call, made fairly when we review the quote.
