The Sorrento comes in twelve colours: grey, white, yellow, orange, pink and red, plus bright green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, purple and black. That range lets clubs, houses and departments each take their own shade from a single order. The contoured stoneware body wears the colour evenly, and pad printed branding sits cleanly on top in whichever shade you choose.

The Sorrento measures 80mm in diameter and 105mm tall, or 115mm across including the handle, and holds 330ml. That is a comfortable everyday coffee size, suited to a latte, long black or a cup of tea. The contoured base sits at the bottom of that height. Its gift box measures 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep for tidy stacking and bulk dispatch.

Wash the Sorrento by hand in warm soapy water and the stoneware colour stays rich while your pad printed logo keeps its edge. Handwashing is the care we recommend for this mug, and a quick rinse after each coffee keeps it fresh. Cared for this way, the contoured cup stays a smart, colourful fixture on any desk or kitchen bench.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
