Convert text to outlines (curves) before exporting so your typography prints exactly as designed, even if we don’t own the font.
Lines thinner than about 0.5pt and text smaller than 6pt can fill in or break up on curved cups. Simplify where you can.
One or two-colour printing is matched to your PMS (Pantone) colours; “the blue from our website” leaves room for surprises. For full-colour artwork, set files up for sublimation mugs and printed glassware in CMYK.

What is a vector file, exactly
A vector file (AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG) stores your logo as mathematical shapes rather than pixels, so it scales to any size with perfectly crisp edges. Essential for sharp printing and engraving.
Will I see exactly how my logo prints before production

What resolution does a PNG need to be
For a one-colour print, a transparent PNG at 300dpi at the final print size works well. Small web logos often look sharp on screen but pixelate in print, so send the largest version you have.
Should I outline the fonts in my artwork
Yes. Convert text to outlines or curves before sending, so your typography prints exactly as designed even if we do not have the font installed.
Can you redraw or clean up our logo

What if our logo has fine lines or small text
