About us
DO

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) stays razor sharp at any print size.

About us
DON’T

Low-res JPEGs blur and pixelate when scaled up for print.

Strong contrast: a light logo pops on a dark cup.

About us
DON’T

Low contrast: dark-on-dark disappears at arm’s length.

Outline your fontsNo font files to share

Convert text to outlines (curves) before exporting so your typography prints exactly as designed, even if we don’t own the font.

Keep fine detail printableMind 0.5pt lines and 6pt text

Lines thinner than about 0.5pt and text smaller than 6pt can fill in or break up on curved cups. Simplify where you can.

Specify PMS colours for spot printingExact brand colour, every run

One or two-colour printing is matched to your PMS (Pantone) colours; “the blue from our website” leaves room for surprises. For full-colour artwork, set files up for sublimation mugs and printed glassware in CMYK.

Test contrast before you decideSee light vs dark cups instantly

Try your logo on light and dark cups instantly in the Preview Studio.

Allow for the print areaLogos wrap a curved surface

Cups are cylinders, so very wide logos may need resizing or a simplified lockup. We’ll advise the exact print area with your quote.

Test placement and contrast in seconds

Upload your logo to the Preview Studio, try it on light and dark reusable cups, resize and rotate it, then download the preview for your team.

Artwork questions, answered

Quick answers on files, redraws, proofs and colour.

I only have a JPEG of our logo, is that a problem

No. If your logo isn’t supplied in a correct vector format, our artwork team redraws it as clean vector art for a flat $25 fee. Send the largest, sharpest version you have and we’ll take it from there.

What is a vector file, exactly

A vector file (AI, EPS, vector PDF or SVG) stores your logo as mathematical shapes rather than pixels, so it scales to any size with perfectly crisp edges. Essential for sharp printing and engraving.

Will I see exactly how my logo prints before production

Yes. Every order includes a print-ready proof showing exact size, position and colours. Nothing goes to production until you approve it. For an instant concept first, use the online Preview Studio.

What resolution does a PNG need to be

For a one-colour print, a transparent PNG at 300dpi at the final print size works well. Small web logos often look sharp on screen but pixelate in print, so send the largest version you have.

Should I outline the fonts in my artwork

Yes. Convert text to outlines or curves before sending, so your typography prints exactly as designed even if we do not have the font installed.

Can you redraw or clean up our logo

Yes. If your logo isn’t supplied in a correct vector format, our artwork team redraws it as clean vector art for a flat $25 fee. Send the sharpest version you have and we’ll rebuild it for print.

What if our logo has fine lines or small text

Lines thinner than about 0.5pt and text smaller than 6pt can fill in or break up on a curved cup. We’ll flag anything at risk and suggest a simplified lockup on your proof.

Can you print full-colour logos with gradients

Yes. Gradients and photographic detail print beautifully with full-colour sublimation and digital methods. See our decoration techniques guide for which methods suit which cups.
