The mug measures 90mm in diameter and 102mm tall, rising to 116mm across the handle, and holds a 300ml serve. That covers a latte, flat white or standard tea serve without a refill. It comes in a gift box measuring 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep, which suits posting or handing over the mug as a branded corporate gift.

Wash the Latte by hand in warm soapy water and the stoneware stays solid while the wraparound print keeps its colour around the body. Hand washing is the recommended care for this mug, and a rinse after use keeps the surface fresh. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
