The Alba holds 400ml and stands 98mm in diameter and 98mm tall, rising to 138mm when you include the handle. That makes it a full-sized mug for a proper flat white or a long pour rather than a small espresso cup. It arrives in a gift box measuring 136mm high by 101mm square, which protects the mug in transit and presents it well on arrival.

The Alba is made from stoneware, a dense, substantial ceramic that gives the mug a reassuring weight in the hand and holds the warmth of a fresh coffee gently. The exterior carries a matte finish while the inside is glazed to a smooth gloss, so it rinses clean and does not hold onto flavours between drinks. A ring detail circles the base as a quiet design signature.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
