Do you deliver to regional areas
Yes. We deliver branded cups, mugs and bottles Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas. Tell us your postcode and in-hand date and we will confirm a realistic timeline with your quote.
How long does delivery take across Australia
Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, subject to stock availability, then dispatched. Transit time on top depends on your location, and remote areas allow a little extra.
Is the price different by location
Product and branding pricing is the same wherever you are; only freight varies by destination and order size. We confirm any delivery cost upfront with your quote, with no surprises.
Do you have an office in my city
Our head office is in Melbourne, and we serve every other capital and region by fast Australia-wide delivery rather than a shopfront in each city, which keeps pricing sharp without sacrificing turnaround.
Do you charge more for delivery to regional or remote areas
Freight varies by destination and order size, so remote and far-north deliveries can cost a little more than metro. We confirm any delivery cost upfront with your quote, with no surprises. Metro areas are standard transit, regional adds a little time, and remote areas like the NT and far-north allow extra freight time.
Can I order from one state and deliver to another
Yes. You can order from anywhere and have branded drinkware delivered interstate, or split a national rollout across multiple sites. Give us the delivery addresses and quantities and we will handle the logistics on one quote.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses on one order
Yes. We can split a single order across several offices, venues, staff homes or event sites, and pack each destination separately if needed. Send us your address list with quantities and we will quote the freight on one order.
Do you offer express delivery for tight deadlines
Often, yes. If you have a firm in-hand date, tell us up front and we will do our best to prioritise production and use a faster freight service. Let us know the deadline and delivery postcode and we will confirm what is achievable.
