The Kona is decorated using pad print, which places your logo on the wide front face of the mug, and the kraft gift box can carry a digital packaging print as well. The mug measures 96mm in diameter and 90mm tall, and holds a 300ml serve, which is a standard latte volume. The wide, tapered mouth is what sets it apart, giving baristas room to pour art and giving brands a broad face for a logo. It arrives in an individual kraft gift box measuring 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep.

Wash the Kona by hand in warm soapy water and the white glaze stays bright while the printed logo keeps its edge on the wide face. Hand washing is the care we recommend for this mug, and a rinse straight after coffee stops staining. Because the ceramic is glazed, milk and coffee marks lift easily, so the tapered body stays presentable on a counter.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
