The Madrid comes in nine colours: yellow, orange, pink and red, plus bright green, dark green, light blue, dark blue and black. That spread lets you match a team strip, a brand palette or a seasonal campaign across one order. Full colour sublimation branding sits happily on any of them, and the classic round stoneware shape keeps the focus on your artwork rather than the cup underneath it.

Each mug measures 82mm in diameter and 95mm tall, or 118mm across including the handle, and holds 330ml. That is a standard coffee size, comfortable for a latte, a long black or a generous cup of tea at the desk. The gift box measures 107mm high, 112mm wide and 91mm deep, so it stacks and ships neatly in bulk for events and office orders.

Wash the Madrid by hand in warm soapy water and the stoneware finish and your printed logo both stay looking sharp wash after wash. Handwashing is the recommended care for this mug, and it takes only a moment after each coffee. Treated gently it stays a smart part of the kitchen or desk setup, ready for the next round whenever it is needed.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
