The Chalice holds 300ml and measures 80mm across by 117mm tall, a slim, upright shape that reads more as a fashion cup than a chunky mug. The silicone casing adds a little to the outside width while keeping the ceramic wall protected. It arrives in a natural gift box measuring 128mm tall by 85 by 85mm as it sits on the shelf.

Wash the ceramic cup by hand in warm, soapy water and it stays clean and bright. The silicone casing simply pulls off, so you can rinse both parts separately and let the deboss and the ecru or charcoal finish stay looking fresh. Slide the casing back on once dry and refit the lid insert, ready for the next hot coffee.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
