The Vento holds 300ml and measures 88mm across by 155mm tall, a compact shape that tucks into a bag or sits on a desk. That capacity suits a short coffee or tea without taking up much room. The soft non-marking base sits flat without marking a surface, and an optional gift box presents the cup neatly for staff and member gifts.

The Vento comes in Stainless Steel, Gloss White and Matt Black, a clean trio that keeps corporate branding sharp. The Gloss White and Matt Black cups laser engrave to a shiny steel finish, while the Stainless Steel cup engraves to a bare-steel look. A colour that contrasts with your logo keeps the finished artwork easy to read across an order.

Wash the Vento by hand in warm, soapy water and the finish stays looking sharp. Rinse the lid and flip closure, then let each part air-dry before screwing it back together. Handwashing keeps the double-wall steel clean and any engraving crisp, so every coffee tastes fresh and the cup stays ready for the next one on the desk. A soft cloth wipes the steel clean between fills.

Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
