The Horizon holds 500ml and measures 86mm across the base by 155mm tall, a comfortable pour for a full coffee or a long cold drink. The double wall keeps the outside steady while the inside stays insulated. Its footprint sits easily on most desks, and the powder coated body gives a warm surface to hold rather than a bare metal chill.

Wash the tumbler by hand in warm, soapy water and it keeps its powder coated colour and the sliding closure keeps moving freely. Handwashing suits the insulated wall and the silicone base, so it stays the recommended routine rather than a dishwasher. Rinse and dry it before storing so the steel stays bright and the closure stays fresh for the next fill.

Yes. The double wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for six hours or hot for up to four, so it handles morning coffee and afternoon water equally well. The push on lid and Tri-mode sliding closure control the flow while you drink from it. It is BPA-free, which makes it an easy everyday choice for staff, members and event guests.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
