Your logo goes on by pad print or by laser engraving, which cuts your artwork into the steel for a shiny finish, or a bare-steel look on the stainless one. Pad print handles bold, coloured logos across the body. Engraving is not offered on the gunmetal finish, which is decorated by pad print instead. The Commuter holds 500ml and measures 90mm across by 170mm tall, or 125mm including the handle, so it sits well on a desk or bench. That capacity gives a generous coffee for the morning without a refill. The double-wall build helps hold temperature, while the side handle makes it simple to lift and pass around a busy office each day.

The Commuter comes in eleven colours: Silver, Gunmetal, White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Bright Green, Teal, Light Blue, Royal Blue and Black. Brighter shades suit giveaways that need to catch the eye, while Silver, Gunmetal and Black keep a corporate look. Choosing a colour that contrasts with your printed logo keeps the artwork sharp across a full set of matching mugs.

Wash the Commuter by hand in warm, soapy water and the stainless steel stays looking sharp. Rinse the lid and sliding closure, then let each part air-dry before pushing it back on. Handwashing keeps the double walls and any engraving crisp, so every coffee tastes clean and the mug stays ready for the next one at the desk. A soft cloth wipes the outer clean between fills.

Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
