Zeus Vacuum Cup, Custom Reusable Metal Coffee Cups

The Zeus offers three decoration methods. Rotary screen printing and pad printing lay your logo onto the powder coated body in colour, while laser engraving cuts your artwork into the stainless steel for a shiny bare steel finish. The Zeus holds 400ml, a larger capacity than the 300ml cups in the range, so it suits a full coffee or a long cold drink in a single serve. The double wall, vacuum insulated stainless steel construction keeps that drink hot or cold for hours. A soft non-marking base rests on a desk without scratching it, and the whole cup is BPA-free.

The Zeus comes in black and white, two powder coated finishes that both take a logo well. The cup holds 400ml and measures 88mm in diameter by 120mm tall, and arrives in a black gift box for presentation. The transparent push on lid uses a splashproof slider closure, and the stainless steel construction is BPA-free, ready for daily hot and cold drinks.

Wash the Zeus by hand in warm soapy water and it holds its finish well, since handwashing is the recommended method for this cup. A rinse after each use keeps the powder coated body clean and the splashproof slider closure moving smoothly. Dry it before storing and the stainless steel interior stays fresh, ready for the next hot or cold drink you pour into it.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
