The Urban holds 400ml and measures 80mm across by 125mm tall, a compact shape that sits neatly on a desk or cafe counter. That capacity suits a standard coffee or tea without a refill. The soft non-marking base sits flat without scratching a surface, and the diamond-patterned steel gives the cup a smart, tactile face that stands apart from plain finishes.

The Urban comes in Silver, Gunmetal, White, Red, Blue and Black, a mix of bright and understated tones for offices and cafes. White and Silver give a printed logo a crisp, bright backdrop, while Gunmetal, Blue and Black lend a more corporate, understated look. A contrasting colour keeps your artwork easy to read across a full set of matching cups.

Wash the Urban by hand in warm, soapy water and the diamond-patterned steel keeps its smart finish. Rinse the lid and sliding closure, then let each part air-dry before putting it back together. Handwashing keeps the outer clean and any engraving crisp, so every coffee tastes fresh and the cup stays ready for the next one at the desk. A soft cloth keeps the textured steel looking smart.

Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
