Pad printing and rotary screen printing lay your logo onto the powder coated body, while laser engraving cuts your artwork into the stainless steel for a bare steel finish. The cork base is the Vixen's signature feature. It is non-slip, so the cup sits steadily on a desk, bench or car console without sliding, and it protects the surface from scratches. The cork also gives the cup a warm, understated look that pairs with the ecru and carbon powder coatings. It is fixed to the tapered double wall stainless steel body.

The Vixen comes in two muted colourways, ecru and carbon, both finished in a tough powder coating. The cup holds 300ml and measures 85mm in diameter by 128mm tall, with the tapered shape narrowing towards the cork base. It arrives in a matching gift box that suits the understated look, and the stainless steel construction is BPA-free throughout for daily use.

Yes. The Vixen has a double wall, vacuum insulated stainless steel construction, so the inner and outer walls are separated to hold the temperature of whatever you pour. That suits both a hot coffee and a cold drink through the day. The secure push on lid tops the cup with a sliding closure, and the BPA-free build keeps it ready for everyday use.

Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
