The Arc takes two decoration methods. Pad print lays your logo onto the powder coated wall in a clean, flat finish, while laser engraving cuts your logo through the coating to reveal the bare steel beneath for a subtle, tonal effect. The cup measures 90mm in diameter and 147mm tall and holds 350ml, a standard takeaway coffee size. Its gift box is 150mm tall by 90mm square, protecting the cup in transit and presenting it neatly for a gift. The double-wall stainless steel construction adds a little weight for a solid, considered feel while keeping the drink inside insulated from the outer wall.

The Arc is double-wall vacuum insulated, which slows heat transfer so it helps keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. The transparent push on lid sits over the top to help hold temperature between sips, while the colour-matched flip closure keeps the opening tidy. Actual results depend on your drink and the room, so the cup is built to hold temperature rather than seal in steam completely.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
