The mug measures 88mm in diameter and 134mm tall, or 115mm wide including the handle, and holds 350ml. That compact size sits neatly on a desk or in a car holder. It arrives in a kraft gift box measuring 140mm high, 112mm wide and 110mm deep, ready to hand over as a staff or customer gift at events or in welcome packs.

Wash it by hand with warm, soapy water and it stays ready for the next drink. Hand washing keeps the cork base, the powder-coated finish and the transparent lid in good order, and protects any engraving on the body. Rinse the lid and slide the closure open so coffee or tea does not build up. Dry it before you push the lid back on.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
