The Aspen holds 350ml and measures 86mm in diameter by 182mm tall, with a contoured profile that narrows through the mid-section. That capacity suits a standard coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The double wall sits between a stainless steel outer and a polypropylene inner, which adds a little width over a single-skin cup while helping hot drinks stay hot for longer as you go.

Wash the Aspen by hand in warm soapy water and it stays looking its best, since handwashing is the recommended care for this mug. A soft sponge lifts coffee residue from the inner wall, and drying the lid and slider fully keeps the closure moving cleanly. Treated this way, the stainless steel outer holds its finish and your engraved or printed logo stays crisp through repeat use at work.

The Aspen comes in five colours: orange, red, bright green, blue and black. The brighter tones work well for events, giveaways and youth-facing campaigns, while black keeps things corporate for office and client gifting. Each colour takes a pad-printed logo in your brand colours or a laser-engraved logo that shows as bare steel against the body, so you can match the mug to your look.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
