The cup holds 300ml and measures 87mm in diameter by 123mm tall, a compact size that sits neatly on a desk or a cafe counter. It arrives in a gift box measuring 96mm by 96mm by 133mm, ready to present. The curved body fits comfortably in the hand, and the ceramic lining and vacuum wall keep the pour hot or cold for hours.

Wash it by hand in warm, soapy water and the ceramic lining stays smooth and the powder coated colour stays rich. A gentle handwash suits the vacuum wall and the transparent lid, keeping the taste clean and the sliding closure moving freely. Rinse and dry it before storing, and the steel stays bright and the cup ready for the next coffee or tea.

The ceramic inner lining sets it apart, giving coffee and tea a smooth, clean taste and adding insulation on top of the double wall vacuum body. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
