The cup measures 78mm in diameter and 158mm tall and holds 350ml, a comfortable size for a takeaway-style coffee or tea. Its double-wall build gives it a solid, considered feel in the hand, and it arrives in a gift box ready to present. The bamboo outer and stainless steel inner combine warmth and strength without adding much extra weight to the cup.

Yes. The double wall keeps drinks hot or cold for longer, so your coffee stays warm and iced drinks stay cool while the bamboo outer keeps the outside pleasant to hold. The stainless steel inner wall gives a clean taste with nothing to affect the flavour. Because it performs best with the lid on, keep the splashproof flip closure shut between sips to hold temperature.

Wash the cup by hand in warm, soapy water and the bamboo keeps its natural grain and colour looking their best. Handwashing is recommended, and a quick rinse after each use is all it takes. Avoid soaking or the dishwasher, since bamboo is a natural material that prefers gentle care. Treated this way, the cup stays smart and BPA-free for everyday hot and cold drinks.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
