Your logo can be pad printed or screen printed onto the silicone band, debossed into the silicone, or reproduced as a silicone digital print, and the optional gift box takes digital packaging print. The lid is natural, and the band and flip piece mix and match right across the standard colours, including grey, teal, navy and black. Up to five colour combinations are included in the price, so a single order can pair two brand shades on the one cup. The borosilicate glass body keeps the focus on the coloured band and your logo.

The cup measures 97mm in diameter and 115mm in height and holds 250ml, a neat size for a flat white or short coffee. The borosilicate glass body has a clean, weighty feel, and the silicone band wraps the middle. It arrives in an optional black gift box measuring 113mm high, which makes it ready to hand over as a considered gift.

Wash the glass by hand in warm soapy water and it keeps its shine and the silicone band and seal stay fresh. Handwashing is the recommended method, and a gentle rinse after each drink keeps flavours from carrying over in the glass. The band and flip piece lift away, so you can clean around the seal and let each part dry fully.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
