The cup and lid are natural, and the heat-resistant band mixes and matches right across the standard colours, including grey, red, navy and black. Up to five colour combinations are included in the price, so one order can hold several team shades. This makes a single design work across departments, clubs or campaigns without new artwork each time you reorder.

The classic body measures 91mm in diameter and 122mm in height and holds 350ml, a standard everyday coffee size that suits a flat white or cappuccino. Its slightly wider, lower shape sits neatly on a desk or counter. The rice husk fibre wall and silicone band give it a warm, tactile feel that reads as a considered handout rather than a throwaway.

Wash the cup by hand in warm soapy water and the rice husk body and silicone band keep looking their best. Handwashing is the recommended method here, and a quick rinse after each drink stops flavours carrying over. The band lifts off the body, so you can clean right around it and let every part dry fully before the next use.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
