The Duran holds 480ml and measures 89mm across by 104mm tall, or 127mm including the wooden handle, a generous size for a full-length coffee. The handle sits to one side for a comfortable hold, and the wheat straw blend keeps the whole cup light. That makes it easy to carry from the cafe counter to a desk or a meeting.

The Duran comes in a single Natural finish, taken from the wheat straw fibre and wood in its build, which gives it a warm, organic look. Because wood is a natural material, the grain pattern and tone vary a little from cup to cup, so each one is subtly individual. That natural base pairs well with a simple printed logo in your brand colours.

Wash the Duran by hand in warm, soapy water and it stays fresh and ready for the next coffee. Wipe the wooden handle rather than soaking it, then let the cup air-dry fully before use. Handwashing keeps the wheat straw blend clean and the wood looking warm, so the natural grain and your printed logo both stay looking their best.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
