The cup is moulded from a unique 50/50 blend of bamboo and BPA-free melamine, which reduces the plastic content and gives a trendy natural look. It has a push-on silicone lid and a wide heat-resistant silicone band. The bamboo blend is the point of difference from a standard plastic cup and gives an eco-minded brand a genuine material to talk about.

Wash the cup by hand in warm soapy water and the bamboo-melamine body keeps its natural grain while the silicone band and lid stay soft. Handwashing suits the blended material, and a rinse after each drink keeps the cup fresh. Let the band and push-on lid dry fully before you seat them back on the body for storage between uses.

The cup measures 86mm in diameter and 135mm tall, holding 340ml, which suits a regular or a large takeaway coffee or tea. The slim profile sits comfortably in a hand and drops into most car cup holders and bag pockets, so staff, members and event guests can carry it easily between the office, home and their favourite cafe each day.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
