The mug is moulded from a 50/50 blend of natural wheat straw fibre and BPA-free polypropylene, which reduces the plastic content and gives a warm earthy colour. It has a round body with a moulded handle for an easy hold. The wheat straw fibre is the point of difference from a plain plastic mug and gives an eco-minded brand a real story to share.

Wash the mug by hand in warm soapy water and the wheat straw body keeps its natural tone and clean feel. Handwashing suits the blended fibre material, and a rinse after each drink keeps the mug fresh for the next one. Let it dry fully before you stack it in a cupboard or return it to its gift box for storage.

The mug measures 82mm in diameter and 92mm tall, or 125mm across including the handle, and holds 350ml, which covers a generous coffee or tea. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
