The cup and lid come in natural, while the band and flip closure can be mixed and matched right across the palette, including grey, teal, navy and black. Up to five colour combinations are included in the price, so a single order can hold several team colours. This lets one design suit different departments, clubs or campaigns without reprinting new artwork each time.

The cup measures 88mm in diameter and 155mm in height, holding 480ml, which sits between a small takeaway size and a standard mug. That capacity suits a full flat white or long black without overfilling. The rice husk fibre body and heat-resistant silicone band give it a solid, tactile feel that reads as a considered gift rather than a throwaway.

Wash the cup by hand in warm soapy water and both the rice husk body and the silicone band stay looking their best. Handwashing is the recommended method for this cup, and a quick rinse after each use keeps flavours from carrying over between drinks. The removable band and flip closure make it easy to clean around the closure and reach every part.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
