The cup measures 93mm in diameter and 145mm tall and holds 350ml, a full-size serve for lattes and long blacks. It comes in a gift box of 150mm by 97mm by 97mm that shows it neatly. The double wall keeps hot drinks hot for longer while the outer glass stays comfortable to hold in the hand. The box presents it ready to gift.

Wash it by hand in warm soapy water and the clear glass stays bright while the swivel closure keeps moving freely. Handwashing protects the double wall and the printed logo, keeping the larger cup looking sharp across daily use. Rinse the band and closure separately, then air dry. Cared for this way, it stays a smart reusable cup for daily coffee.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
