Your logo can be added to the silicone band by pad print, screen print, debossing or silicone digital print, while the unbleached cardboard gift box takes a digital packaging print. The cup measures 97mm in diameter and 115mm tall and holds 250ml, a comfortable size for espresso-based coffee drinks and everyday desk use. It arrives in an unbleached cardboard gift box of 113mm by 90mm by 90mm, with a window that shows the branding. An optional gift tube of 103mm diameter and 158mm tall can be added on request for gift presentation.

Wash it by hand in warm soapy water and the borosilicate stays looking new while the printed logo stays crisp. Handwashing protects the silicone band and lid and keeps the colours bright through regular use. Rinse the lid and band separately so nothing is trapped, then air dry. Cared for this way, the cup lasts well as an everyday coffee cup.

The 250ml size suits espresso drinkers, cafes building a reusable retail range and offices cutting single-use paper cups from the kitchen. In its windowed gift box it also works as a considered client gift or staff welcome. Up to five lid and band colour combinations are included, so each order can match a brand palette from the standard colour range.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
