The cup measures 97mm across and 137mm tall and holds 350ml, a full-size serve for flat whites and lattes. It comes in an unbleached cardboard gift box of 135mm by 90mm by 90mm with a branded window, and product care instructions are printed on one side. An optional gift tube of 103mm diameter and 158mm tall can be added on request.

Wash the cup by hand in warm soapy water and the borosilicate stays looking new while the printed logo stays crisp. Handwashing protects the silicone band and lid, keeping the colours bright across daily use. Separate the lid and band for a quick rinse, then air dry. Looked after this way, the cup keeps its fresh look for a long time.

The 350ml size suits cafes selling a takeaway-style reusable cup, offices replacing paper cups in the kitchen and brands assembling a considered gift. Presented in a windowed gift box, it makes a tidy corporate present or member welcome. The mix-and-match lid and band let each order match a brand palette, with up to five colour combinations included in the price.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
