The bottle measures 74mm in diameter and stands 190mm tall, a compact shape made to fit comfortably into a bike bottle holder. The 600ml capacity suits a ride, a hike or a training run before a refill from any tap. The screw-on lid and sipper cap keep the profile low, so the bottle drops easily into a standard bike cage.

Yes, the cap and the bottle are ordered as separate colours, so you can mix and match them to suit a team or event. Choose a Clear body with a Red cap, or run Yellow, Orange and Navy across a group. The low-density polyethylene body stays light for riders, and the sipper cap opens the flow without unscrewing the lid on the move.

Wash the Trail Bottle by hand in warm, soapy water and the light body and sipper cap stay fresh and flow freely. Warm water reaches the base, and a rinse under the tap clears the cap between rides and hikes. Leave the parts to air dry with the lid off, and the bottle is ready to refill for the next outing.

Most stock orders are ready in approximately 10 working days from order and artwork approval, subject to stock availability at the time of order, with shipping and freight time additional. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
