Wash it by hand with warm water and a little detergent and the wheat straw blend stays looking its best. Handwashing is recommended rather than the dishwasher, which keeps the textured finish and the material in good shape. Because the bottle uses natural fibre, it may hold a slight odour at first that fades over time with normal use and airing.

The bottle measures 71mm in diameter and 253mm tall, holding 700ml, which makes it a full-size everyday water bottle rather than a compact one. It slips into most cup holders, backpack pockets and desk setups. If you choose the optional presentation packaging, the gift box measures 295mm by 76mm by 76mm, giving a neat carton for gifting or sending to clients.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
