Wash it by hand with warm soapy water and the co-polyester body and stainless steel fittings stay bright and clear. Handwashing is recommended rather than the dishwasher, which protects the translucent finish and the smart steel base over time. A quick rinse after each use keeps drinks tasting clean and fresh, helped by the odour-resistant material the bottle is built from.

The bottle measures 71mm in diameter and 255mm tall, holding 700ml, which puts it among the fuller everyday sizes rather than the compact ones. It fits standard cup holders and bag pockets with room to spare. If you add the optional presentation box, that packaging measures 295mm by 76mm by 76mm, ready for presenting or gifting to staff and clients.

The translucent body is offered in clear, dark blue and black, so you can match it to brand or team colours across an order. The stainless steel lid and base stay the same across each option, giving a consistent, polished look. The clear finish shows the water level at a glance and lets a printed logo sit brightly against the body.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
