The infuser measures 65mm long, 33mm wide and 38mm high, a compact size that clips onto the side of most mugs. Its gift box measures 70mm high, 43mm wide and 40mm deep, so it presents and posts easily in bulk. Fill the infuser with loose leaf tea, clip it over the rim of most mugs, and it hangs inside while the tea steeps in the hot water. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
