The teapot holds 490ml and measures 110mm in diameter and 95mm tall, with an overall length of 170mm including the spout and handle. It ships in a kraft gift box measuring 105mm by 134mm by 134mm, so it arrives presentation ready. Wash the teapot by hand in warm soapy water and the glossy glaze stays bright while the steel infuser keeps its shine. Rinse the infuser after each brew to lift out loose leaves, and dry the lid before storing it away. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
