The set includes an 800ml teapot and two 250ml glass mugs, all in double-wall borosilicate glass with a natural cork base. The teapot measures 105mm in diameter and 160mm tall, each mug 80mm across and 75mm tall, and it ships in a gift box 320mm wide. Together the pieces present as a complete tea service for two people at the table.

The double-wall borosilicate glass gives the set heat insulation, holding warmth in the teapot and mugs while keeping the outer surface comfortable to hold, and the natural cork base adds a further buffer underneath. Wash each piece by hand in warm soapy water and the glass stays clean and the cork keeps its grain, ready for the next service each day.

Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
