The bottle measures 75mm in diameter and stands 200mm tall, holding a 500ml fill of borosilicate glass under the cork lid. It arrives in a natural Keepsake gift box measuring 227mm tall by 85mm by 85mm, so it presents ready to give. The compact 500ml size and slim shape suit a studio bench, a cafe counter or a bedside table without taking up much room.

Onsen pairs a lightweight borosilicate glass body with a natural cork lid, so the drinking surface is glass and the top is a warm, tactile cork. Usually, yes. A set-up covers preparing your logo for branding, such as print plate or screen preparation and digital print set-up, and varies by decoration method. It is always shown clearly in your quote, and re-orders using the same artwork are reduced or, for some products, waived.

Yes. Samples are supplied blank, without logo or branding, at the quoted unit price plus a flat $25 freight and admin fee, and payment is required before dispatch. Sample charges are not refundable. Full details are on our sample policy.

Australia-wide from our Melbourne base, with international shipping available through our carrier network. Freight is charged at cost or via your nominated carrier, and splitting delivery to multiple locations adds a handling fee. Because print runs vary slightly, we may ship and invoice up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, BPAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and direct EFT. Payment may be required before production or on dispatch depending on order value and account status, and we can set up a corporate account for approved business, school and government customers.
